Sometimes it is failure - though most often it is success - that can motive you to work even harder and to try even harder. If you feel that your customer likes what you have created, that the customer is satisfied and wants more of it, you naturally want to give him more.
On 2 April 2005, JAFRA launched its new ARGO furniture
collection in Poland. The collection went down well. It was highly
rated by dealers and especially customers, and sales were high. All
this motivated the company's management and me personally to keep
creating and looking for new solutions.
What else can we do?
I want the new collection to give my customers more
individualism to make their furniture the best, unique and unusual.
The items in the collection come in a few colour schemes. The
cabinets can feature milled glass or artistic stained glass panes.
They can also be ornamented with intarsia patterns made by hand to
the customer's design. If requested by the customer, the furniture
may be decorated with, for example, initials, inscriptions, coats
of arms or plant motifs.
In designing the collection, a great contribution was made by my
son Michał, hence the name of the collection: Art-Mi.
For this and other reasons, I dedicate the collection to
him.
