Drawers have metal slides with a soft closing system. The oak shelves lie on a black metal base with a decorative X sign at the back. The base of the bookcase is made of metal, black legs connected by a wooden skid. Visible knots and cracks are filled with putty or epoxy resin. Epoxy resin finishing for an additional fee. This furniture is available in an oil-wax or matt lacquer finish.
